please expect 1-2weeks for processing. however this is a rough estimate and processing time can be unexpectedly extended to 3-4 weeks since lostbugbeads is just one person. if you’re wanting your order by a certain date, please reach out to me before hand to see if i can make it happen.

my jewelry (unless stated otherwise) is made of stainless steel! however, most charms that i use are not. this is why i really prefer using beads as centerpieces. feel free to reach out to ask before purchasing if a certain charm is stainless. my beads are 99% czech glass sourced from over 60 small businesses

although my pieces are made with stainless steel, i highly recommend keeping away from water to ensure longevity. my jewelry will come with a care card but you can also click here to visit my about link for more information about care.

yes! all of my necklaces should have an extra extender add on option on a listing which would add 2 inches making most of my pieces 15 inches adjustable up to 19. if you would like something longer than that, or for something to be shorter, reach out to me before purchasing and i will make sure to get it changed for you :)
