this strawberry shortcake watch is vintage from the 80’s. product is 1 of 1. i am not responsible for lost or damaged packaging on THIS item. i replace other items but this one is non refundable for any reason unless it is sent back to me. watch face does not work and needs batteries replaced, there may be scratches, if the jewelry handmade part breaks in your care i will fix it if you send it back to me but again there will be no refunds for any reason
